How It Works
Working right across New Zealand we collaborate with experienced house builders to ensure your dream of building is achieved with high quality, design driven results.
Bringing affordability to the design process we provide three ranges of house plans, Smart, Cube and Vintage, each with a number of unique floor plans, for you to select from.
Once you have selected your ideal floor plan we put you in touch with one of our accredited local builders. Like a traditional build, your build contract will be between yourself and the builder, however we will be there every step of the way. Guiding you through the build of an affordable, architectural designer home.

We introduce you to your home builder.

Once all of the details have been finalised, in terms of finishing and materials being used, a contract will be entered into with the builder. The house plans are sent to council so a building consent can be issued.
